Vacant Land in Skagit county can be everything from a 4000 square foot building lot to a one acre commercial lot to a six-hundred acre parcel of agricultural land.

As the population increases in the county, good, easily buildable land has become rarer and more expensive.  But in comparison to other areas in Puget Sound, Skagit county land prices are arguably still a bargain and will continue to increase in value.

The link on my main page for vacant land will bring up the majority of active land listings in Skagit county. However, many commercial and agricultural properties aren't listed through the Multiple Listing Service and thus won't appear on the Windermere search engine.  Windermere Commercial, our company's commercial web site, will list some of these sales.

Windermere Commercial and other commercial real estate web sites in our area mainly gather their information from Commercial Broker Association listings.    As a member of the Commercial Brokers Association, I have access to commercial and land listings as they appear on the Commmercial Brokers website.    CBS listings usually contains more detailed information on the property.   Feel free to contact me for help with searchs on Windermere Commercial and also for any information of listings you might find there.

I have listed and sold building lots and commercial land in Skagit county and am very familiar with the many issues involving vacant land.  Zoning, access to utilities, and land use restrictions are a few of the important issues that purchasers of vacant land need to apprise themselves of.   Contact me if you'd like a list of feasibility issues that I've compiled that one would be wise to look at when purchasing vacant land.

If you would like more information of vacant land sales in Skagit county fill out the form on this page and I'll contact you.
